Is this actually free? What's the catch?
It's genuinely free and there's no catch. We do this because most tradespeople we speak to have never seen what their competitors' online presence looks like — and it's a useful conversation to have. If you want help fixing what we find, we offer paid services. If you don't, you still walk away with useful information.
How long does it take?
The audit takes us around 15 minutes to run. We'll send you the findings by voice note or email — usually within one working day of you booking. No long calls, no Zoom unless you want one.
I'm not very tech-savvy — is this still for me?
Especially for you. We explain everything in plain English, no jargon. Most of the trades businesses we work with had never touched their Google Business Profile before we spoke. That's normal — and it means there's usually a lot of low-hanging fruit.
Do I need a website to get value from this?
No. A lot of early wins come through Google Business Profile alone — that's separate from your website. You can rank on Google Maps and get calls without a website at all. Though having one does help further down the line.
