The terms under which BackCraft provides digital marketing and AI automation services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the BackCraft website at backcraft.co.uk and to the services provided by BackCraft ("we", "us"). BackCraft is operated by Mark Kendall, trading as a sole trader in Yorkshire, UK.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
BackCraft provides digital marketing services and AI-powered automation systems for small trade businesses in the UK. Our services include website build and management, Google Business Profile optimisation, Google review automation, and local SEO.
Full details of the services provided to each client are set out in a separate Service Agreement and Schedule of Works, which forms a binding contract between BackCraft and the client. These Terms apply alongside that agreement.
The free 30-minute audit offered on this website is provided at no cost and with no obligation. Submitting an audit request does not constitute a contract for services. BackCraft reserves the right to decline any audit request.
Our standard pricing is set out on this website and in your Service Agreement. Fees are invoiced in advance and are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payment may result in services being suspended after 14 days written notice.
BackCraft reserves the right to amend pricing with 30 days written notice to existing clients.
BackCraft does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, lead volumes, or revenue growth. Results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, the client's responsiveness, and third-party platform policies (including Google).
We do commit to working with reasonable care and skill, and to being honest with you throughout. If we haven't measurably improved your Google review count within 60 days of go-live, we will continue working at no extra charge until we do.
On receipt of full payment, all website content and materials created specifically for a client become the property of that client. BackCraft retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The BackCraft name, logo, and website content remain the exclusive property of BackCraft and may not be copied or used without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BackCraft's total liability to any client is limited to the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. BackCraft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of revenue or profits, or losses arising from third-party platform changes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is harmful, unlawful, or that interferes with other users' enjoyment of the site. BackCraft reserves the right to restrict access to the website at any time.
While we take care to keep information on this website accurate, we make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy. Content is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
This website may contain links to third-party websites. BackCraft has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or practices.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using this website, you confirm you have read and understood it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
BackCraft may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of this website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For any questions about these Terms, contact Mark Kendall at mark@backcraft.co.uk.
